I'm fixing a laptop for a teacher at my school and the Mute, Volume Control, Brightness, LCD/VGA, and Hibernate fn buttons don't seem to be working anymore. I restored the laptop to origional Factory settings, updated Windows, installed Office 2000, and disabled as many services as I thought the laptop didn't need, but it turns out it needed one of them for controling the extended FN keys. Do any of you kow which service is needed? It's a SONY VAIO PCG-SRX77.
