Yup just buy an external hard drive enclosure. Drive mounts in the enclosure that provides power and usually has a fan built in. Something like this. Lots to choose from. Just get the ones for USB input. Enclosure has its own power supply and plugs into 115 VAC or whatever the normal power is.
I use these BYTECC External Cases for my system, they support both USB and Firewire. As a bonus, they're also cheaper than the USB only one from Tiger! I find Firewire faster and lower overhead than USB, so for large scale transfers, it tends to be a better choice. USB is handy because it allows you to connect the drive to almost any system.
