I have a external ssd with is malfunctioning, when I plug it in to my pc and try to access it, it does not open and my windows explorer crashes. it also disconnects all other usb device connected to my pc. It is the Pioneer APS-XS03 960GB, I have tried to format it but it fails as windows explore crashs, and i lose control of my mouse.
I believe there is a 3 year limited warranty for that drive so you could try to get it repaired or replaced under warranty. I doubt you could fix it yourself and if you try it would probably void the warranty.
