I am an excel 2007 user and I'm trying to extract a mixed contact information cell into individual columns to be imported into CRM which include a postal address, phone number, fax number, website and email id for a large worksheet separated by new line characters.

Sample of the cells to be extracted:
PO Box 1234, Safat, 12345, Egypt
    Phone - 123 456789
    Fax - 123 456789 http://www.abcd.com E:[email protected]

A macro would be your best bet but this would be nearly impossible without seeing the actual data since there may be variations between the records
