I want to extract a music file (.wav or .mp3) from a .fla (flash) file.
Is there software that can do this or do I need Flash MX?

Most of the files are protected anyways.
Can I do the same thing from .fla files because this program only works with .swf?

Sure but then you have press start and stop manually and the file is really short (couple of seconds) so its not gonna work that well.
