That's probably not the exact error message and the exact error message is important for proper troubleshooting.

Please also be mindful of the forum's rules and proper etiquette. Proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation is strongly encouraged.

OK, so it's telling you how to fix it. Press F1 to enter the BIOS setup, load the default savings, save and exit.
