No solution for me as when I installed Bluestaks my computer was not capable of running it as it slowed down to a crawl. I never got the chance to finish the process:(

So they have an app, that is originally run on iOS devices, that is built to use on an Android emulator, that is running on Windows 7...

OK, I know Bluestacks. I used it to play a game while my phone wasn't working. It is a resource hog and and you have 3GB of memory (maybe 4GB and other hardware using 1GB). I assume that judging by your motherboard you have a Dell Inspiron E530 series machine, which is about 12-15 years old? I suspect that your machine is not powerful enough.

Aside that, the website shows a skype image, and doesn't really talk about connecting to Apple users that have the FaceTime app on their phone/ipads so I feel that this app is just another video chat app and not really specifically FaceTime... especially if there is no images of the actual program.

Honestly, I don't know if that app is even legitimate (since FaceTime is Apple proprietary), or it would even work properly.

If you are looking to do video chat with others, Skype or Google Duo would be the best way without having to resort to using an emulator.

This is how Apple traps families into get their products.
What a poor business plane to those who do not care to use the Apple product.
