After factory reset using discs and not, Internet Explorer doesn't work. It says, Internet Explorer can not display web page. I did almost 2 days reading and researching and trying all the suggestions, and retrying and still not working

What is the exact serial number on your "Lenovo ThinkPad"?
What is the exact Windows version on its Certificate-Of-Authenticity sticker?

Windows 7 SP1 originally came with Internet Explorer 8.
Over the years, it updated to version 9 and then to 10 and then to 11.
If your factory reset reverted it back to version 8, most webpages will not load and work in it.

More and more webpages are dropping support for Internet Explorer 11, so you should install and use a secondary browser.
Mozilla Firefox 83.0 (current version) is what I use and recommend.

Hello!

Can you confirm that you have network access? Also, what version of Internet Explorer do you have?
