Hey everyone. Just need to know how to reset my lenovo 100s ideapad. Brand new and decided to not take the password I put in initially. I've tried control alt delete. Holding down the power button. Can't figure it out and everyone wants $100 to tell me...

What's the complete model number of that laptop?
What's the exact serial number on it?
What country was it purchased in?

From your post, it sounds that you have are unable to enter the correct password to access windows, and want to do a full reset to gain access?
This is a different question to being able to do a hard reset, could you clarify please?

Yes. I turn on the laptop. It displays my name and asked for password. Can't login to anything. Its a lenovo 100s model. That's all I know. Bought it roughly 4 6mnths ago so I'm assuming the newer windows.
