Hi, I am unable to ping the primary Domain Name Server.

Does anyone know what might the cause be and how I can fix this problem?
I am no trouble accessing the internet, but this is causing my PS3 internet connection a bit of problems.
    Thanks!

PING command is not absolute. The server may not be accepting ping requests.

Can you let us know what devices you have? Router / Modem / etc

It depends on how you are pinging it too, if you are pinging by domain name I.E. ping www.google.com and nothing happens then there is probably something wrong with the DNS Server. Have you tried pinging by the IP address?

Since the poster mentioned PS3, there is a common cause for the message about DNS servers. I don't believe the poster meant pinging now.
