    Thank you for sharing the system information, but you need to provide a lot more to go on here for troubleshooting. Presupposing this happened when you were trying to install an application, which one is it? Please walk through the steps of how you were trying to achieve the final goal.

    Are you running this directly from the machine and not from a networked location? Have you had drivers installed for this printer on this PC before?

    I looked at your specs and that is a pretty old system. Have you checked the hp site to see if in fact win10 is a supported operating system?
