Sometimes the fan's heatsinks can get clogged with crap that reduces the fan's effectiveness, which will cause the fan to spin faster to remove the heat. If that is the problem you could try using a can of air to blow into the vents, that should clear them. It's a good idea to use something like a cocktail stick to stop the fans from turning before you do it, otherwise they could spin very fast which could damage the bearings.
