I bought a used Dell Computer with Windows XP Pro installed. I tried changing the user login view to the fast user switching option, but when I tried to do so, the box was grayed out and I got the following error message:

"A recently installed program has disabled the welcome screen and fast user switching. To restore these features, you must uninstall the program. The following file name might help you identify the program that made the change: MSGINA:DLL."

How can I fix this problem?
