HELP!! When recently upgrading my Norton 360 security sofware thru my broadband connection on my Dell laptop (Windows XP Professional), I got the blue screen with the following Stop message:
STOP: 0x0000007B (0xF8C15528, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000). I am currently unable to get beyond this screen. My hunch is that it is a driver problem. Can anyone suggest a means for getting beyond this blue screen? Can anyone suggest a diagnostic disk or a fix disk that might help me to solve this issue? Thanks
