    Fatal exception OE 0028:C00322EF

I get this message with a crash sometimes when I open email or go to another site.

What does it mean? How can I stop the crashes?

    Thank you. Lily

What Operating System are you running?
Is there a details button you can click when you get this message?

    Hi Del:

    Thank you for answering.

    Using W98 SE.

Can't do anything but Cont/Alt/Del. It's the killer blue death screen with white font.

Sometimes it severs connection with isp, too.

Often the screen I'm working on will come back eventually but then the puter doesn't shut down correctly and upon reboot has to go through Norton thing and finding and deleting chains.

Had no problems until I signed on with netscape mail. Finally got rid of it but it left my machine sensitive.

Used uninstall and that norton "sweep" that's supposed to clear all traces of uninstalled programs. Didn't work. Had to search and destroy netscape files myself. Netscape keeps coming back like incredimail.

Would you believe I had a crash while setting up a "sell" page on ebay? Good thing I wrote copy and kept saving it in "word."

    Thank you again. Lily
