I am running IE 5.5. is there any way to download, backup to a disk my files that I have listed in "Favorites"? I would like to have a copy in case of computer problems, so I could just reload what I have already saved.

Thanks in advance for any help..

Conveniently, all of your links are located in a folder called Favorites. Do a find for that folder name and then make a copy of it. You may find more than one if you have multiple profiles setup.

What a quick response I received from you Angel. And with your advise I was able to locate Favorites and make a copy of it. I have trying to do this for a long long time, but never could figure out how to do it. Now I know how.

Thanks so much for your help. I am amazed at the fast efficient help that I am able to receive from this site. I think it is really great that you all take your time to help others and there is not fee involved.

Again thank you and keep up the great work.

The 'proper' :)D) way to do this: IE/File/export/favorites.

You can export your cookies there as well, if you wish.

Cheers,
