FAX these on a network?

    Is is possible to Fax from any of these programs if they're on a network without a seperate dial-up? Thanks, Mike

    From any of what programs?

    Aside from that the answer is no in general.
    A fax recipient has a fax machine attached to a phone line.
    A fax needs to be sent from a phone line.
    A computer network is not a phone line, unless there is a dial-up access point somewhere.

    ADSL connection over a phone line doesn't count either. Its over the phone line, its not in the phone line.

    What kiwiguy said is on the mark. However, if you have a dialup modem in the computer and a phone line you can plug into it, you can then use it to send a fax from your computer. You'll need some faxing software. If you're using XP, I believe it comes with something called "Phone Tools" which has fax capability.
