[FONT=Book Antiqua]Does Outlook 2002 offer the same fax features as older versions of Outlook? I can't figure out setup. Using Small Business Server here and would like all users to access a shared contact list to fax customers. Any advice on how to set up would be appreciated. Thank you.

As long as your server has a shared fax or fax server running it should be just like sending to a printer.

OK. Yes, we are running Microsoft Small Business Server. Therefore, since we're on a LAN, no modem is required, correct? Sorry if this sounds dumb, but I'm still learning.

I still believe something needs to be turned on in Outlook, because typically the "Business Fax" numbers in Contacts would appear when I click on "To" select the fax recipient. I don't see them though. Any thoughts on that? I should also mention that the address book (contact list) I'm looking in is a shared contact list on the server. Perhaps this complicates things?

You still need a modem to fax. Just hook one up to the server and install the shared fax stuff and it should be a snap.

Actually, I just took a walk back to the computer room and there is a US Robotics modem connected. So, nevermind my last question I guess.
