    Hello,

    i'm new to this site/forum.

I hope someone can help me.

I use ms sidewinder ff wheel and installed software.

The wheel and pedals work in the game I play (GPL)

At a certain point the ff was gone though the return to center still works and the light in the wheel is on and reacts everytime I start my computer.

I go to sidewinder central, gameoptions.
It says at sidewinder ff wheel; status;not connected.
and mostly I get a crash; sidewinder V4tray has crashed or RUNDLL 32.exe has crashed.
I checked the plug in the computer, it's ok I guess because the wheel works.
I try to renew the connection in gameoptions, doesn't work.

I deinstalled all sidewinder files, installed software from cd, no good.
I deinstalled everything, installed software from microsoft site, no good.

The same problem occurs everytime I enter sidewinder central to change ff settings.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Regards and thanks for listening, :)

    Caspar

Hmm...try unplugging the wheel, uninstalling all the software and drivers and everything, restarting the computer, and then plugging it back in, and reinstalling.

The force feedback did work before, right?
