I'm using Win 98se and I've made same changes im my folder options, and now I can't view thumbnails like before. The problem is with JPEG... I used to see a small thumbnail of my pictures and now all I see is the symbol of JPG image. If it's a BMP file I can see the thumbnail. Does anybody knows how to change this?

Try this: Open Explorer - Select View - Choose Thumbnails

To open Explorer right click Start and choose Explore. The Explorer window that opens has a menu bar. The third from the left is View. Click it. A dropdown menu appears with Thumbhails as an option. Click it.
