File extensions did not show

My windows does not show the files extension even i uncheck the "hide extensions for knowns file type" in the file option menu.
Can anyone help?

Generally or only for one file/couple of files?

Does This Happens With All File Types ?

Shortcuts Won't Show Extension Until "NeverShowExt" Policy Is Removed !

Go To Start > Run > Copy And Paste Everything From The Code Box In Run Dialog And Hit Enter

it is 0, but still couldn't see the extentions

Download The Attached File "NSE.RAR" > Unzip It > Double Click On "NSE.BAT" > When Finished It Should Produce A Log On Desktop "NSE.TXT" > Open It Up And Copy And Paste Everything Here
