Run HJT and post a log here.

Although, I think you can go to View > Toolbars and you should be able to *close it*

Holy cow! Try going into the Control Panel/ADD-REMOVE icon and see if the program is listed there. If it is, remove it from there. I'd try that first before downloading 3rd party software to rid it.

    lots of good suggestions here.
    do the simplest first.
have you tried to unregister the dll before deleting it? If it is registered, you've got to stop it before it will let you have access. Use regsrv32 for this, either from a cmd line or using the "run" option in Windows.

There's free software that will help you do it or you can insert your own command:

    Start|Run| regsrv32 /u filename.dll

It should come back with an answer that the dll is unregistered, then you should be able to delete it from its folder location with a simple, highlight and "delete."

If this is the updated log then you definately got something:

Run HighjackThis again and when you scan for the log, put a check against these:

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {000006B1-19B5-414A-849F-2A3C64AE6939} - C:\WINDOWS\bi.dll
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {00000EF1-0786-4633-87C6-1AA7A44296DA} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\ATPART~1.DLL

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {69135BDE-5FDC-4B61-98AA-82AD2091BCCC} - C:\WINDOWS\systb.dll
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Win Server Updt] C:\WINDOWS\wupdt.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [msbb] c:\windows\system32\msbb.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [wdskctl] C:\WINDOWS\wdskctl.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [exyzctuj] C:\WINDOWS\exyzctuj.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Run StartupMonitor] StartupMonitor.exe
    O8 - Extra context menu item: LimeShop Preferences - file://C:\Program Files\LimeShop\System\Temp\limeshop_script0.htm

    O16 - DPF: {77E32299-629F-43C6-AB77-6A1E6D7663F6} - http://www.nick.com/

Reboot into safe mode and delete these files

    C:\WINDOWS\BI.DLL
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTB.DLL
    C:\WINDOWS\WUPDT.EXE
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\MDBB.EXE
    C:\WINDOWS\WDSKCTL.EXE
    C:\WINDOWS\EXYZCTUJ.EXE
STARTUPMONITOR.EXE (you will need to search for this)

If you haven't done so, you will need to run SPYBOT S&D, LAVASOFT AD-AWARE AND CWSHREDDER.

    Sorry forgot these:

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {4E7BD74F-2B8D-469E-C0FF-FD60B590A87D} - C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\Real\Toolbar\realbar.dll

    O3 - Toolbar: Intelligent Explorer - {69135BDE-5FDC-4B61-98AA-82AD2091BCCC} - C:\WINDOWS\systb.dll

Again you will need to delete the files in safe mode too.
