Welcome to the forum, @Laluka.

Are you logged on to the laptop as Jalil? If not, who is this person?

Where are the pictures stored on your laptop?

In order to understand better what we are dealing with here, please download and run the TSG System Information Utility on the affected PC, and then post the results back to this thread.

Since you already said it's your personal laptop we cannot assist with this operating system as it's not for personal use and using it as such is a violation of the licensing agreement.

If you are using it for personal use only, it's a violation of the license agreement and we cannot assist.

If it's used for work, even if it's your personal laptop and you're the only one who has physical access, you need to address the issue with the company's IT Department. We don't want to interfere with settings and whatnot on corporate computers.
