    Hello there,

I'm using OE (ver. 6.00.2800) with XP Pro. I activated filtering at my ISP (Spam Assassin), that I complemented with local mail rules.

I'm still receiving a significant amount of junk mail. All these spam letters are using HTML code.

Is there a way -other than restricting OE to text-based mail- to get at the HTML code itself (before it is interpreted by OE)?

Another alternative could be using a local spam filter or even an e-mail client that would give me access to the message headers or the HTML body. Do you know of any?

    TIA

I think you can use the Mail Rules to filter out any email with HTML formatting. It's in the Options menu, I think.
