Are you getting an error message when it's disconnecting, if so what is it? Also, how many simultaneous connections did you set in the properties?

Try setting the connections at 2 or 3 and see what happens. Some hosts limit the amount of connections at one time.

I'd say drop it from 3 to 2 and see if that does anything. If it doesn't then you may want to contact your host, they may have some restriction on the time an FTP can be connected or some other restriction in place.
