i know the title sounds a bit misleading but after knowing the problem ull say it's ok.
i have static internet connection via a local cable company. i don't even have a live IP.
my bandwith's upperlimit per connection is limited by the router.
i use flashget like downloaders to split a download file and decrease download time.
some sites offering mp3's for downloads, strait away open the download boxes and no link is shown anywhere.
neither in the document source nor in the url. can i somehow get the actual URL of the file being downloaded, from that dialog box or the parent window.
example a hindi song name "Babuji Zara Dheere Chalo" on this site can't be directly downloaded with flashget.

the wayaround i have found is that i have made a Pipe Proxy in vb which shows every bit of passing data. the process is tooooo clumsy and fails frequently. and also i can only browse in one window of INTERNET EXPLORER at that time.
Does anyone know a better option??
My current miserable position is:
1: Im using "MS Internet Explorer 5.02" and stuck with "Netscape7"
2: Unfortunatly Running Windows 2000 Advance Server + SP3
3: Programming based suggessions in vb are welcomed, but direct solutions will be "'maney jan gey'" (it also means welcomed).
4: I have a Linux server running, maybe it can come in handy. (I have limited physical access but complete remote access to it.)
5: Sick of downloading those huge mp3s.
Help Me. Gulp. HElp Gulp Helppppp. gulp.
