Can you be more specific? What is the E: Drive? your optical player? (CD/DVD/Bluray)

According to your log:

You have THIS Acer Aspire XC-730 Desktop PC
(Model Name: AXC-730
Part Number: DT.B6PAA.002)

It came with Windows 10 Home 64-bit and these specs:
Intel Pentium J4205 1.50 GHz quad core processor
8 GB DDR3L RAM
1 TB SATA2 hard disk drive
DVD-Writer disc drive
Intel HD Graphics 505
Realtek high definition audio
Realtek gigabit ethernet
Intel or Qualcomm 802.11ac wireless
Genesys or Realtek memory card reader
65W external power supply

All the device drivers for Windows 10 64-bit are dated in mid-2017, so that desktop is about 3 years old.

What drive names and drive letters are appearing?
Can you submit an image of that window?
I'm assuming that C: is the hard disk drive and D: is the DVD-writer disc drive and that E: would be the memory card reader.

Yes C is the hard drive and D is the disc drive and E use to be shown along with C and D but does not show up anymore. it is where I plug in memory sticks or transfer picture from my camera to the computer

Your "E" drive is a card reader. You can open the case and check/reseat connections for that drive however [most likely] it has failed.
Acer is pretty low end and uses lower quality parts. It is not uncommon to have failed parts after a year or two.

Anything can be replaced. You would need to take it to a shop and have it done. By shop, I mean just that a real shop that does builds, installs networks, etc. NOT a chain store. Unless this a proprietary type reader, it should cost around $30 or so plus 1hr shop labor. Where I live, labor is $80 per hour.
