Hello, I consistently work with reports containing raw data that is pulled from one of our databases. I use this data to update a master copy of another report that I use to track completion status of a particular training program. The raw report shows completions and date completed and is pulled from our database. I possess more up to date information than the database often does, so when I update my master report with the database report I am doing it manually by person. What I would like (unless there is a better recommendation) is to be able to copy/paste all data from the raw report into mine, then do a quick find/delete of names that I know should not be on the master report, but that the database has not been updated with yet, as opposed to toggling back and forth between reports to ensure I am not listing someone on my master as incomplete (per the database) when I know they have completed it. I hope this makes sense and I really appreciate the forum.

What you want can easily be automated. Can you provide some sample files with dummy data so we can see exactly what you are talking about.
