Hello, I've just upgraded from Win2000 Professional to WinXP Professional and am using Outlook 2000 for my email. I can't seem to find out where the files are to import my old emails and folders.

Open Windows Explorer. Go to Tools, Folder Options and click on the View tab. Make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is checked. Also uncheck "Hide protected operating system files". Now click "Apply to all folders" Click "Apply" then "OK".

Now search your hard drive for *.pst

i export my address book to a floppy then import from the same.

i personally don't fiddle with the pst file and i don't support/do upgrades of any os.

if you were trying to fix any problems, the upgrade doesn't necessarily fix anything.
