Who's bright idea was it to have a fire drill when this is our current weather

Don't feel to bad. I live in a campus dorm and they insist on having fire drill between 11pm and 4am when I'm in my pajamas. There reasoning is that they want most of the people in the dorm at the time of the drill.

I think I'd say No thanks if it happens, I'll just stay in the fire to keep warm.
