    Hi

Firefox was always able to connect from my PC to THREE specific sites:

    pixelup.net
    gigapedia.com
    mydownloader.net

Then i had an annonying maleware "Total PC Defender"

I removed it, and now my pc can access every site besides those three mentioned.

weird, oh, and they are online..i checked by making a copy of them in www.webcitation.org

    they're online..

Other pc in my home can connect to them -

any web browser from my pc - can't, i get "unable to connect error"

there aren't any viruses on my comp.. :)

Try running system file check (SFC) Click Start / Run and type in sfc /scannow ( make sure to leave a space between sfc and /scannow ) Have your installation cd handy as if there are missing files you will be asked for it.
