I clicked on "Download TSG SysInfo" but did not get option to run (only save and cancel) so I cancelled it. I've been using Internet Explorer for ages and was having many minor problems. Tech guy at Best Buy told me to download and use Foxfire; I did that. I use internet mostly for e-mail. When I get an e-mail and it has an attachment or a picture, anything that I have to download, I will download... but cannot get rid of it from the download list on Firefox. In IE, I could go to operation system and delete browsing history and delete temporary files. Where can I do that with Firefox? Am I keeping a lot of "stuff" and eventually will run out of room on my computer? I am using Windows XP. I do the disk clean-up every six months or so. My computer is old so I want to keep it as stream-lined as I can in order for it to run fast (and "fast" is a relative term...) Thank you so much for your help.

Tools > Preferences > Privacy tab > check Clear History When Firefox Closes > Settings > check what you want cleared. Then when you close Firefox those items will be removed ( Download History is one of them)

Well, that was quite simple and it works... you'd think I could figure that out by myself... but not... Thank you so much for taking the time to tell me. Carolyn
