    Hi Folks,

l downloaded Firefox but are having problems with the following.

Address Not Found : Network Timeout (The server is taking to long to respond)
    This is a regular problem.

Firefox updated to the latest version

l have a feeling it is not configured properly as it said something to to that effect when l finished downloading it.
l have XP pro on my machine.

    Any ideas please.
    Thanks

Is this the first time you used firefox or is this an upgrade of a previous version?
Launch Firefox, go to tools => options => advanced => network => connection => settings to configure it.

    Thanks for your reply oshwyn5,

l bought a new computer and downloaded Firefox about three weeks ago but do not know how to configure it.I thought it did it automatically.
Firefox downloaded the new version as an update.

Looking at your settings the only box that is live is "Auto-detect proxy settings for this network"

    Thanks for your help.

Seems like when you ask a question it just gets lost in a sea of questions but thanks anyway.

    All the best Kobba
