I have not long done a clean install of Windows 8 on my Acer Z5710 all-in-one touch screen.
Of late it continually keeps closing down.
I feel that it is a Firefox problem and not the OS.
I have a laptop and a Tablet and ALL have the same power settings.

Also, how do you get rid of Google meebo.

Please run this scan and post the log, I am not sure but it may remove Meebo, if not we will find another method. The tool will remove any bad add-ons or toolbars that could be causing the problem with Firefox.

Click on this link to download : ADWCleaner and save it to your desktop.

NOTE: If using Internet Explorer and you get an alert that stops the program downloading click on Tools > Smartscreen Filter > Turn off Smartscreen Filter then click on OK in the box that opens. Then click on the link again.

Close your browser and click on this icon on your desktop: [IMG]

You will then see the screen below, click on the Delete button (as indicated), accept any prompts that appear and allow it to reboot the PC. When the PC has rebooted you will be presented with the report, copy & paste it into your next post.
