Firefox themes cannot be seen by other XP users

Forgive me if this has been answered a bazillion times, but when I install themes for Firefox other users cannot see them. Is there a common fix for this. I want the themes I install to be available for all users.

The themes will be available to other users only if you are sharing the same Profile. If you all have different Profiles then you will have to install whichever theme into each Profile in use.
