An issue for you guys to help me figure out:

I am getting alot of the these situations where, when I am opening up a game site(i-win)all of a sudden Firefox closes and I have to restore it. When I click again on the Firefox icon on my desktop it opens back up to where it left off. I cannot give you the exact wording of the information box that pops up when I click on Firefox the second time but it says something about the site not being able to open properly.

Any information or suggestions from the little information I have provided?

    thanks in advance

First, make sure you have the latest version of Firefox.

Second, since most gaming sites use Java programming, make sure you have the latest version of Sun Java. You need the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) which is currently at version 5, update 10. You can get it at http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index_jdk5.jsp.

    Let us know what happens.

another thing to consider is what is causing the error. Next time it happens, go to start > run > eventvwr.msc and look under applications for any exclamation points. Double click on them on the right pane, and if they are firefox related, click on the two pieces of paper to copy them to your clipboard and paste them here. If nothing in the apps folder, check system for the same thing.
