My ISP SBC-Yahoo DSL provides Firewall protection. Will this be enough protection or should I install another Firewall application? Thanks...:)

well if i were you i would install another firewall just to be on the safe side. I use to know afew good firewalls but i have seemed to forgot them.Sorry about that.

And besides if someone tried to hack into your computer if it was a pro they can easily get passed a firewall.

The best one i know of is the norton antivirus firewall.

Install your own. I wouldn't rely on anyone else's security.

I joined Tech Support Guy as I needed help first with shifting that Nimda virus that was around in 2001, a Trojan doing something unkown, oh and because my homepage was hijacked by a porn site.

    Go here for info :

    http://www.free-firewall.org

Personally I would avoid ZA although some swear by it - I only swore at it.

Also another member of this site 'Deke' installed ZA a week ago - and was yesterday having trouble getting rid of it. So ....

I would recommend Sygate Personal Firewall.

Not sure how hungry this thing is for sys resources but I have 512 mb ram anyway. And had no probs with it.
