Hi,

I am using an IF formula (with help from the forum!) which flags actions that are overdue or on time according to an inputted date comparing one to another:
=IF(ISBLANK(L3),"N/A ",IF(K3>L3,"On time", "Overdue"))

How can I tweak the formula so that I can specify that if it's over 3 days over then it's "overdue", otherwise if it's within the 3 day timeframe it reads "on time"??

Hope someone can help,
Palmy

just add +3 to the formula

so this should work, depends on how the comparison is working and what K3 and L3 are testing

K3>L3+3
K3+3>L3

Hi etaf
Afraid that didn't seem to work, everything seems to be overdue now???

=IF(ISBLANK(L3),"N/A ",IF(K3>L3+3,"On time", "Overdue"))
