:eek:Salutations to all. I was doing my monthly "look around and see what's up" journey thru this pc and came upon an issue with my "A" floppy drive. Out of nowhere, in my system properties/performance (device mgr) I'm reading "Drive A is using MS-DOS compatability mode file system"???
Can someone please advise me as to what this is/means and if it needs fixing.
I had noticed that the last couple of times I tried to use that drive, on discs I had copied prior to my recent discovery, I just kept getting "device not ready" messages. I think everything WAS Fat 32 the last time I looked. Thanks for any info on this matter.
