The subject says it all although I tried some of the programs and they don't work because I have a router and so the programs keep saying that the ip is already configured. I need a better client.

I just read what I typed and I didn't explain myself very well. I need a client that keeps your IP address in sync with a specific DNS host name (noip.net) This is helpful for users wanting to run a Web/FTP server on their home computer. Again, the clients that I've tried dont' work because of my router's ip address.
