Hello,

I have 8GB fake oversized USB flash memory. The flash memory says that it store 8GB and you can store 8GB but when you check the stored data only 512MB is stored correctly and the rest is corupted.

Is there a software that correct the flash memory size to its true size?

I know that its real size is 512MB. how I fix it so it show its real size. Now, I use it for fast transfer of data from one computer to another but I still have to be careful no to pass the real size.

It's a fake drive with garbage parts. There's nothing you can do to get it working beyond formatting it. There's no way I'd trust any of my data on something like that.

It useful to move small file fast from one PC to another. I got it for free but It is wast to through it. I don't store important data on it. I used to have another fake 8GB flash that's real size is 256MB and I use iFormat to correct that but this doesn't work with the current one
