Flash Bios with a cd

So heres the deal.

I can't get a floppydrive on my computer so i can flash the bios.
So i need to know how i can flash a computer bios with XP using A Cd.

I have these two files from :

and i need to know what to do in order to effectively flash my computer using only a cd drive

 

If you can have someone that has a floppy build the floppy image, then create a bootable CD from the image, you can boot the CD and do the update.

 

I have another computer with a floppy drive and floppies...

but i don't know how to do anything you said..... :/
Can you give me some detail on how i do this,
and with what software?

 

Well, I use Nero, here's a procedure to Create Bootable CD with Nero, other burning packages have similar capabilities.
