right click on the drive in my computer

select properties and try and format from there

check the drive does not have a small slider switch to lock it to avoid data being deleted accidently

in the device manager click on view at the top and in the dropdown
    show hidden devices
then uninstall all listed usb items
    turn the computer off
    unplug usb plugs
    reboot twice
    replug in the usb plugs

If the flash drive works on other computers, then the problem isn't with the flash drive. If deleting all USB devices didn't fix the problem, then there must be a hardware problem with your computer.
