    Hi
    I created a web banner in After Effects and exported it as a Flash movie.
    Then I loaded it on my website using Frontpage 2003 (published).

    When I access the site in Firefox it looks fine. However, in Internet Explorer it doesn't.
    There is only a white space where the banner should be.

    Here's the URL: http://www.moullietproductions.com/wrhsband

    Any suggestions?:confused:

    The code you are using for the flash is
    HTML:
    	<object classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11CF-96B8-444553540000" id="obj5" codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=6,0,40,0" border="0" width="900" height="140">
    			<param name="movie" value="../Graphics/wrhsbmaintop.swf">
    			<param name="quality" value="High">
    			<embed src="Graphics/wrhsbmaintop.swf" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" name="obj5" width="900" height="140"></object>
    The 'embed' bit is for firefox and the 'object' bit is for IE.

    For the 'embed', you have specified the movie as 'Graphics/wrhsbmaintop.swf' (which will use the file http://www.moullietproductions.com/wrhsband/Graphics/wrhsbmaintop.swf (hover over the link to see the proper URL in the status bar; TSG cuts it short)).

    On the 'object' tag you have stated the movie source as '../Graphics/wrhsbmaintop.swf'. The '..' at the start is important. It moves up a directory in your webite before going into the 'Graphics' directory. This means that in IE, the page is trying to load http://www.moullietproductions.com/Graphics/wrhsbmaintop.swf (hover over it again) which does not exist.

    So, all you need to do it remove the '../' from <param name="movie" value="../Graphics/wrhsbmaintop.swf"> so it reads <param name="movie" value="Graphics/wrhsbmaintop.swf">

    Hope this helps.
