I hope someone can help me with the following advice

I have Flash Player 10.1 on my computer but when I go to update to the new Flash Player I keep getting timed out after 12 min and I can not get it to load at all.

Update
I tried downloading it in safe mode with networking still failed. I feel like giving up!!
Thank you all for trying to help I suppose there must be something wrong with my computer other than this problem.

Are you having trouble downloading anything else?

What type of Internet connection do you have?

Are you using a download manager?

What browser are you using to download? Have you tried different ones?

I have broadband wireless connection
Yes I have used dowload manger and tried without
I am using google but have tried several other ones to
