I cannot download adobe's flash player. Whenever I go to a site like youtube a message popsup saying my version of flash is outdated and needs to be updated, when I click on the link they provide it sends me to adobe's web site and when I click on the flash player download link nothing happens, I've tried both IE and AoL and nothing happens. It seems like a security line should popup and ask me if I want to download the player but nothing appears. I am running Windows XP Home edition on a 2.66 Mhz Pentium 4.
