I recently installed an ATI RADEON 9600 XT Video Card in my Dell
Dimension 8200.......Both my Microsoft Flight Sims 2002 and 2004
have now "choppy" graphics.......I have downloaded all latest drivers
for ATI, Direct X, and Flight Sim as well as Intel Pentium 4......I have
talked to ATI Tech help, many times, (over $40.00 in telephone bills)
Have spoken to Microsoft Flight Sim Techs many times......and after
all this professional assistance............Still the same problem !!
I had an Nvidia GE Force T-500 that came with the PC and the Sims worked fine.......
Is there anyone who can help me resolve this on going problem ?
If you can.......I will send a $50.00 Cashiers check as a "Thank you"
....I know a promise like this from a total stranger isn't to be taken
seriously, but I will be so satisified that I can run my "hobby" again,
I feel it's well worth it, after spending $238.00 buying the card and having
it professionally installed...it definitly will be worth it !

go to the forums at www.simviation.com and ask for help there as well becasue they will also be able to point you in the right direction. All i can think of is that your graphics card settings are off (not right). At simviation they have faqs and so on that help you troubleshoot FS.

Good luck
