Did you try copying the file over to your hard drive using Windows explorer?

Do you get an error? What is it?

I don't know how to transfer to explorer.
The only error I get is Error Reading Document

    Thanks,

    Start-Programs-Windows explorer.
(Or hold that Window-icon key on your keyboard and hit the letter E and let go of both.)

You should see your A drive.
    Double-click it.
    Right-click your file name there.
    Hit Copy.
    Double-click "Desktop".
Right-click in the right-hand side of the screen and hit Paste.
Once it's done copying, double-click it.
