floppy drive will not work

    any floppy drive i attach to my computer will either burn out or will not be dected. i have replaced the wires and bought new floppy drives. also my networking has gone down after i downloaded a virus onto my computer, i was wondering if anyone could help me out with that.

    When you say the drives burn out.....what exactly happens to them?

    Did you get the virus completely eliminated?

    When you say your networking is down, can you explain what happens.
