    The problem is:
After watching FLV video online I found it in cache, I have a FLV player to watch it, but I cannot get it out of cache.
This is a big (22 Mb) file in .tmp format. When a website with a video is opened and I try to copy it somewhere else or to change TMP with FLV, it says "file already in use" and nothing happens. If I close the browser, this file disappears from cache folder [But after I open this website again, it appears again as well].

How can I get this file out of cache?

Operating system: Windows XP, service pack 2
    Browser: Mozilla Firefox
if that is needed, the video file itself is here. This is not YouTube.

    thanks in advance.
